Nordic Match is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Xu as Director of the M&A team.

Adam holds an MBA from the Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina & Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien, Austria, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of International Relations in Beijing, China.

Adam brings over 30 years of experience in strategy and M&A. He has an extensive background in M&A advisory with a Big 4 accounting firm and corporate development roles in leading MNCs, working on strategic inorganic initiatives such as SOE and POE acquisitions, divestments, JVs, and listed company buyouts across the Asia Pacific region. Since 2007, Adam has been with Parker Hannifin, where he has excelled as the APAC Business Planning & Development lead, driving regional acquisition strategies and managing key transactions in the region.
