We are delighted to welcome Simon Forsgren to our Shanghai office as an Analyst at Nordic Match!

Simon comes from Sweden and has spent most of his early life in Stockholm. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Lund University, where he developed a strong foundation in global affairs and economic policies. Directly before joining Nordic Match, he worked as a SwedCham scholar for one year, supporting SwedCham China member companies in the Chinese market. This experience has given him valuable insights into China-Nordic business relations and the growing opportunities between the two regions. Simon also has a background of working in the Swedish fund management industry.

With his deep understanding of both Nordic and Chinese cultures, Simon brings a unique perspective to our team. His academic background, combined with hands-on experience in the Chinese market, will further strengthen our capabilities in cross-border M&A advisory. We believe Simon’s expertise and enthusiasm will contribute significantly to our mission of bridging Nordic and Asian businesses.
