On October 18, Nordic Match was proud to participate as one of the corporate representatives of Danish Chamber of Commerce in China (DCCC) at a roundtable meeting hosted by the Shanghai Municipal Government on the “Incremental Policy Package.” Participants included Vice Mayor Hua Yuan, officials from various municipal bureaus, and representatives from other foreign chambers of commerce.

Vice Mayor Hua emphasized that the introduction of these new policies is not only a positive response to the current economic situation but also a strategic layout for long-term economic development. The focus is on stabilizing confidence, expectations, and growth while continuously optimizing the business environment for foreign-invested companies in China.

As Vice Mayor Hua stated, “With the stimulus package taking effect and the continued strengthening of the endogenous driving forces, China is likely to achieve its annual GDP growth target of 5%.” The Incremental Policy Package is expected to drive economic recovery in the fourth quarter.
